Continuing Education

EMS at Firehouse World classes are eligible for continuing education credits. This continuing education activity is approved by Cygnus Expositions, an organization accredited by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS). CECBEMS approved classes are accepted by the National Registry of EMT's (NREMT) for recertification requirements.

To obtain credit please have your badge scanned upon entering your session while attending EMS at Firehouse World session’s, spend the required time in each class, and turn in a completed course evaluation for each class. Your certificate will then be available online the week of March 22, 2010 through May 21, 2010.  You must retrieve the certificate before May 21, 2010.

For questions regarding CECBEMS, please contact Liz Sibley at 972-247-4442 or lsibley@cecbems.org.
